Conditions for returns:
We take great care in delivering quality products. If you face any concern regarding product quality, we offer replacement only (no refunds).
• Customers must initiate a return request within 2 days of receiving the product.
• To process the request, an opening video of the package showing the concern must be shared.
• Once the product is received back by us and verified, we will initiate a replacement. The goods must be in the original packaging.
We kindly request you to handle the product with care until it reaches us, as replacements are only possible after successful verification.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
